These people will become sick and uneducated or see it fit to leave their country in search of a better life. The population might seem larger because ultimately the country seems out staffed. The Caribbean is a collection of people who have no shortage of brilliant minds and talents. They influence the world spiritually , creatively , athletically and even mentally. So how can a region so rich in talent be so dependent financially it is mostly due to the lack of jobs in the communities , the education and goals of the youths as well as failure within the government.

A solution to the deficits in jobs would be to re-incorporate the agricultural dynamics back into Caribbean. Certain islands all but cease to produce agricultural export as a means of income. If they used their natural resources as the general income and they will be able to cut their importing drastically this way money would flow in not out. The building of factories will help to regulate a solid exporting regiment there for bringing money back into the hands of the Caribbean people. This would in turn lower the prices on canned goods and various other overly imported good from other countries. The cancellation of unnecessary imports that can be manufactured in home will give more jobs to the mothers and fathers and in turn take away the time and opportunity they posses to consummate or at the very least regulate it.
The population will either become stabilized or slowly regulate through this, while the economy starts to strengthen. The second thing should be to build schools and organizing outreach programs for the youths. A successful economy has a thriving workforce as was emphasize on education. A way to have a child want to learn is the rewards they want a payout something tangible. So the graduating students should be met with a career and given a chance to prove their worth. Publicize the people who did use school to reach their full potential to combat the movies and shows that say otherwise, make it cool to be smart. Education should become less expensive so as to give everyone a fair shot at their dreams.
The political solution is simple candidates need to tackle the issues that force the hands of some of these criminals. Treat the infection at the source by hearing the problems that the impoverished areas in their communities face. Once a campaign is set up raise awareness to the problem at hand and enforce safety measures to negate any thoughts of drug trafficking. Actually battle the war on hunger, lack of jobs, inhospitable living and working conditions, and cease the war on political parties. The government needs to place implements on those with in the government that are engaging in bribes and extortion. Most of the problems of a nations always seems to trail back to the government with either lack of involvement or just none all together.
